This means the beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.Grass-fed beef generally contains higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids than grain-finished beef. Our cattle are raised on diverse pastures and forage crops, allowing them to graze naturally and grow without being grain-finished.For us, it's about producing delicious beef in a way that suits our cattle, our land and our farming practices.

Where is your beef raised?

Our cattle are raised on our family farm near Haden, just 50 km north-west of Toowoomba, Queensland. They spend their lives grazing on pasture, including our diverse mixed-species forage crops.

Do you use hormones or antibiotics?

No. We do not use hormonal growth promotants or routine antibiotics in our cattle. We focus on keeping our cattle healthy through good nutrition, pasture management and low-stress handling.

Our cattle are processed locally, just 20 minutes from our farm. The beef is then taken to our local butcher for cutting, packing and labelling.
