Customise your beef
After paying your deposit, we'll send you a processing form so you can choose how you'd like your beef cut, packed and portioned.
Your beef is professionally processed, vacuum sealed, clearly labelled and freezer ready. Exact cuts and quantities vary with each animal.
How much freezer space will I need?
A quarter beast is approximately 55-75kg of beef and is best suited to a small chest freezer or larger upright freezer with plenty of available space.

Because every animal varies slightly in size, final weight and total price will vary.
To secure your quarter beast: 👉 A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. We will then email you a cut sheet if you wish to customise how your beef will be processed.
Once your beef has been processed, we will:
1. Confirm the final weight
2. Send your final invoice
3. Arrange collection
