At Bluevale Homestead, we take pride in providing high-quality, locally raised beef for your family. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited returns and exchange policy.

Returns & Refunds

We only offer refunds, replacements or resolutions in cases where:

  • Your order is incorrect

  • Your product arrives damaged or compromised

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Refunds or replacements may also not be provided where issues arise due to:

  • Incorrect storage or handling after collection

  • Failure to collect orders at the advised collection time

  • Failure to follow safe food handling practices

Reporting an Issue

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of collection.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order details

  • Photos of the issue where applicable

  • A description of the problem

Resolution Process

All concerns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Partial or full refund

  • Store credit

  • Another suitable resolution

Collection & Product Handling

All orders are collected fresh (not frozen) from:

iCooked

Once your order has been collected, customers are responsible for:

  • Prompt refrigeration or freezing

  • Safe food handling and storage

  • Transporting products in appropriate conditions

 

We are not responsible for issues arising after collection due to improper storage or handling.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your products are perishable goods and must be collected and stored appropriately.

Deposits

Deposits paid for bulk orders, including quarter beast purchases, are non-refundable.

This is because processing and preparation are planned specifically around your order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
