Beef Orders

All beef orders are collection only and are not shipped.

Honey Shipping

Selected honey products may be available for shipping within Queensland only.

At this time, we do not ship honey products outside Queensland.

Processing Times

Honey orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size and delivery location within Queensland.

Damaged Parcels

If your honey order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Photos of the damaged parcel and product

A description of the issue

All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
